Fairly clean place & helpful and amiable staff. New-fashioned & wonderful room, with terrace and a nice kitchen. A wide range of cheap food. Great overall experience...

Location: the hotel was so close to the center of town near all the major tourist attractions. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Simon Bolivar district. Enjoyed a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a microwave in the room.

What you'll love and hate

The friendly hosts were great, even helping with my laundry and bag storage for a short trip. Plus, the location is superb, just a 15m walk from the airport.

The surrounding area felt a bit rundown, and though the staff were accommodating, communication sometimes posed challenges. It could be unsettling for newcomers at night.

The room was cozy, but getting in and out felt unsafe at night.

Honestly, the bathroom had no space for basic items. I was horrified to find a sketchy entrance upon arrival, definitely not what I needed after a long flight. I would've considered a better rating, but I expected a complimentary drink upon arrival, and nothing was offered.

The spacious room was perfect for our large family, especially with a baby in tow. The staff was super friendly and helped us with transportation. Plus, the nearby mall had various dining options that added convenience to our stay.

For dads, it would be great if there were more storage options for family belongings.

I had such a wonderful time at this hotel, being just a short walk from the beautiful parque centenario and surrounded by amazing dining options made it more fun and convenient to explore the vibrant city of guayaquil.

This place is good, and has air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a tv. During my first stay, the staff helped me find my way, which I fondly remember. I'll keep returning for a romantic escape!

I really appreciated how accommodating the owners were, especially when they helped me with laundry and kept my bags while I took a short trip. Plus, the hot showers felt great after a long day, and I enjoyed the relaxing vibes in the common lounge area. The only small hiccup was a bit of a mix-up about cash payment, but it didn't ruin the experience 😊
